At the heart of the project is a light-filled great room on the main level, designed to frame uninterrupted views of the backyard. This space directly opens onto a new deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor connection for everyday living and entertaining.

Below, the walkout basement introduces a flexible bedroom and multipurpose space that expands the home’s lower-level living area. An operable partition allows this space to open up fully or close off for privacy as needed, supporting both gathering and retreat. A dedicated wellness area completes the addition, enhancing the home’s comfort, functionality, and focus on well-being.
