I'll review your property against your local zoning, setbacks, lot coverage, and height limits, and give you a clear buildable footprint, so you know your options before you spend a dollar on design.
Iowa law caps ADU size at 1,000 sq ft or 50% of your home's size, whichever is bigger. But your local setbacks, coverage limits, and height rules are what actually determine what fits on your specific lot, that's the real question this study answers.

How this works: This study is based on publicly available zoning ordinances, GIS data, and parcel records, not a site visit or a boundary survey. If your property's boundaries aren't available in public records, I'll let you know what's missing before completing the analysis, and we'll figure out the next step together.
Investment: $500 flat fee for properties within city limits with standard residential zoning. If your property is outside city limits, on an acreage, or has unusual zoning overlays, do not complete the request form below.
