4-Plex Multifamily Residential Renovation

This multifamily renovation re-envisioned an existing 4-plex in North Liberty, Iowa with a focus on space planning and tenant comfort. Interior layouts were reworked to add an additional bedroom and restroom within each unit, optimizing the existing interior space while preserving the original building footprint.
